Two Months

Avery is changing so much it's so crazy!! The sleeping is getting better and I don't feel as exhausted. I went back to work and cried the first two days ha ha...but seriously. She was six weeks and was so fussy. I had to hold her the whole time and could barely get anything done. We got her gas drops and that seemed to make a huge difference!! She does well on her Babywise schedule so I can do showings and get work done while she is napping. With working and taking care of chubby chubs, time goes by way too fast! I kept throwing myself a pity party telling Patrick, "We have no time for Christmas!" When we actually got out of the house to get a Christmas tree, the lot had already closed so we just gave up on trying. Since we were going to be at Patrick's parents house for Christmas, their tree became our tree.

Avery got her two months shot and I could not even watch. I was almost crying with her, thank goodness Patrick was with me. Now we can actually call Avery Chubby chubs as she is in the 99th percentile for height and 95 for weight! That's my girl!

This month Avery...

met Santa for the first time...

found her hands...

met great Nana and Pop...

had tummy time with dad...

still fought to sleep...
(we have staring contests when rocking her to sleep)

(ssooo stubborn she keeps her one eye open.
We will touch it closed a few times and it just pops right open!)

(She refuses to sleep so much that she NEVER lays her
head down on our shoulders! ha ha)

still have Nana and Pop wrapped around their finger tips...

loves hanging out in the bouncy...

and wearing Christmas jammies...

(that one time I actually did my hair AND make up when going out)

loves her bath time...

and taking walks in her baby carrier.

Avery also got her baby tears. Sometimes she is just so fussy that we just have to let her cry for a little. Little as in...10 minutes. It is so sad when we get her after and her face is covered in baby tears. We are such new parents that we are still melting when she smiles, sneezes or curls her lip up when she cries. Our poor second kid is probably going to get barely any pictures and half as much attention.
